You may submit one appeal per punishment. Abuse of the appeal system may result in further punishment.

Your exact Minecraft username (3–16 characters, letters, numbers, underscores).

Your Minecraft UUID. Leave blank if you don't know it — we will look it up by username.

The numeric ID of the punishment you are appealing. You can find it on the ban list or your player history.

Be honest and polite. Rude or spam appeals will be denied immediately. 0 / 50 characters minimum
